After about 5 miles, turn left onto UT-149 W, following signs for Dinosaur National Monument. Continue on UT-149 W for about 12 miles until you reach the Quarry Exhibit Hall. The address is Jensen, UT 84035. There is no entry fee for the Quarry Exhibit Hall, but there may be fees for parking or other facilities within the Dinosaur National Monument.
