Car
From any location in Uintah Basin, head southwest towards US-191 S. Follow US-191 S for about 30 miles until you reach the town of Duchesne. Once in Duchesne, turn left onto UT-35 E at the traffic light. Continue on UT-35 E for about 7 miles until you see signs for Starvation State Park. Turn left onto W 7655 S State Park Rd, and you will arrive at Starvation State Park. The park entrance will be on your right.

If you are using public transportation, take the Greyhound bus to the nearest station in Roosevelt, UT. From Roosevelt, you can use a rideshare service like Uber or Lyft, or rent a car to reach Starvation State Park. Head south on US-40 E for about 20 miles, then turn onto UT-35 E. Follow UT-35 E for about 7 miles and turn left onto W 7655 S State Park Rd to reach the park.
