    From any location in Uintah Basin, head southwest towards US-191 S. Follow US-191 S for about 30 miles until you reach the town of Duchesne. Once in Duchesne, turn left onto UT-35 E at the traffic light. Continue on UT-35 E for about 7 miles until you see signs for Starvation State Park. Turn left onto W 7655 S State Park Rd, and you will arrive at Starvation State Park. The park entrance will be on your right.
