    Starting from the center of Vernal, head north on Main Street. Continue for about 1 mile until you reach the intersection with Highway 191. At this intersection, turn left (west) onto Highway 191. Walk along the highway for approximately 2 miles. You will see signs for Steinaker State Park. The entrance to the park will be on your right at 4335 N Hwy 191. Follow the designated pedestrian paths to enter the park.

    If you have a bicycle, start at the intersection of Main Street and 100 West in Vernal. Head north on 100 West for about 1 mile until you reach Highway 191. Turn left onto Highway 191 and bike for approximately 2 miles. Look for signs indicating Steinaker State Park on your right. Once you reach the park entrance at 4335 N Hwy 191, you can secure your bike at the bike racks near the entrance.
