Getting There

  • Car

    From Zion National Park, head west on Zion Park Blvd toward UT-9 E. Continue on UT-9 E for approximately 12 miles until you reach the junction with I-15 N. Merge onto I-15 N and drive for about 30 miles. Take exit 36 for UT-9 toward Hurricane and stay on UT-9 E for about 10 miles until you reach the Kolob Canyons section of Zion National Park. From the entrance, follow the Kolob Canyons Road for about 5 miles. The parking area will be on your right, and you can access the trails leading to Kolob Arch from there.

    While public transportation options directly to Kolob Arch are limited, you can take the Zion Shuttle from the Visitor Center to the Temple of Sinawava.
