Bus
From the center of Chirchiq, head to the Chirchiq bus station located near the main square. Look for buses heading towards Chimgan or the nearby mountains. The bus number 80 typically goes in that direction. Board the bus and enjoy the scenic ride. The journey takes approximately 30-40 minutes. Make sure to inform the driver that you want to get off at Chimgan.
Shared Taxi
At the same Chirchiq bus station, you can find shared taxis (marshrutkas) that go to Chimgan. Look for a marshrutka heading to Chimgan and wait until it fills up. The ride will take about 30 minutes. Make sure to tell the driver your destination, and they will drop you off at the main entrance of Chimgan.
Walking
If you prefer to walk, you can start from the center of Chirchiq and head northwest towards the mountains. Follow the main road leading out of the city, which eventually takes you towards Chimgan. It is a long walk, approximately 12 kilometers, so ensure you are prepared for the distance and carry enough water. This route will allow you to enjoy the beautiful landscapes along the way.
