Getting There

• Car

  From Jizzakh city center, take the M-39 highway heading east towards Samarkand. After approximately 50 kilometers, you will see signs for Forish. Exit onto the road towards Forish (local road). Continue for around 25 kilometers until you reach the town of Ment. Look for the coordinates G75F+JC, which is the location of Forish Sharsharasi. Ensure your vehicle has enough fuel, as gas stations may be sparse along this route.

• Public Transportation

  Start at the Jizzakh bus station and take a marshrutka (shared taxi) heading towards Forish. The marshrutka will drop you off at the center of Forish town. From there, you can either walk or take a local taxi to reach Ment. The final distance to Forish Sharsharasi (G75F+JC) is about 5 kilometers. Ensure to check the marshrutka schedule as they may not run frequently.

• Taxi

  If you prefer a more direct route, consider hiring a taxi from Jizzakh city. Agree on a fare before you start your journey. The drive should take around 1.5 hours, and the cost will typically range from 100,000 to 150,000 UZS depending on your negotiation skills and the time of day.   If you are already in Ment, you can walk to Forish Sharsharasi. The location is approximately 5 kilometers away. Head north from the center of Ment, following local signs or asking locals for directions to G75F+JC. Ensure you have comfortable walking shoes and stay hydrated.
