Car
If you have a car, start from the center of Nuratau Mountains and head southeast. Follow the main road (A-373) towards the town of Ukhum. Once you reach Ukhum, you will need to look for the coordinates GR58+64P, which is the location of Nurota State Reserve. Use a GPS device or a map application to navigate directly to the coordinates. The drive should take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic and road conditions. Ensure you have enough fuel before setting off as there may not be many refueling options along the way.

Public Transportation
To reach Nurota State Reserve via public transportation, start by taking a minibus from the nearest town in the Nuratau Mountains (such as Nurata) to Ukhum. Minibuses are usually available at designated bus stations and operate frequently. The journey to Ukhum will take about 1 hour. Once you arrive in Ukhum, you can either walk to the reserve (if you are feeling adventurous) or hire a local taxi to take you directly to Nurota State Reserve. Make sure to negotiate the taxi fare beforehand, as fares can vary. Expect to pay around 20,000 to 30,000 UZS for the taxi ride.

Walking
If you are already in Ukhum and prefer to walk, you can head towards the coordinates GR58+64P. The reserve is approximately a 2-kilometer walk from the center of Ukhum. Follow the main roads, and ask locals for directions if needed. Make sure to wear comfortable shoes and bring water, as the terrain can be uneven and may take around 30-40 minutes to reach on foot.
