Walking
If you are starting from the main entrance of the Ichan Kala fortress, head east towards the Tashkent Gate. Once you reach the Tashkent Gate, turn left and walk along the outer wall of the fortress. Continue walking straight until you reach the Amir Timur Square. From there, you will see the Islam Khoja Minaret rising above the surrounding buildings. Continue walking towards the minaret, which is part of the Islam Khodja Madrasa. The entrance to the madrasa is located directly at the base of the minaret.

If you are near the Khiva Market, start by heading south towards the Kalta Minor Minaret. Once you reach Kalta Minor, continue walking straight until you see the Islam Khoja Minaret to your right. The minaret is easily visible from this location, and you can follow the path leading towards it, which will take you directly to the Islam Khodja Madrasa.
