Walking
If you are starting from the central area of Khiva, head towards the main entrance of the Old Town, known as the Ata-Darvoza Gate. From there, walk through the gate and continue straight along the main street that runs parallel to the ancient city walls. Keep walking until you reach the intersection where the street forks. Take the left fork, which will lead you towards the center of the Old Town. Continue walking until you see the Kunya-Ark Citadel on your right. The Ticket Office is located nearby, just a short distance from the Citadel, on the left side of the street. Look for the building with a sign indicating the ticket office.

Public Transport
If you're near the bus station in Khiva, you can take a local minibus (known as 'marshrutka') heading towards the Old Town area. Get off at the last stop, which is near the Ata-Darvoza Gate. From there, follow the walking directions provided above. The bus ride will be short, approximately 5-10 minutes, and will drop you off at the entrance to the Old Town, making it easy to access the Ticket Office.

If you have rented a bicycle, start from your accommodation and make your way towards the Old Town. Follow the main roads that lead into Khiva, and then navigate towards the Ata-Darvoza Gate.
