Walking
To reach Palvan Darvoza from the center of Itchan Kala, start at the main entrance gate known as the 'Tash Khauli Palace'. From there, head east towards the 'Kalta Minor Minaret'. As you walk, keep the minaret on your left. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection where you will see the 'Pakhlavan Makhmud Mausoleum' on your right. Here, take a left turn and continue walking. Palvan Darvoza is located just ahead on your right. The entire walk should take about 10-15 minutes.

If you are near the 'Juma Mosque', head south towards the 'Khan's Palace'. Once you reach the palace, turn left and walk along the perimeter of the palace grounds. You will see signs directing you towards Palvan Darvoza. Continue along the path, and soon you will see the gate ahead. This route should take approximately 15-20 minutes.
