Walking
If you are starting your journey from the main entrance of the Ichan Kala, the historic walled city of Khiva, head south towards the Tash Khovli Palace. Walk through the main gate and continue straight until you see the Tash Khovli Palace on your right-hand side. The Muzey (museum) is located within the Tash Khovli Palace complex. You can enter the palace grounds, and the museum is situated inside the palace itself.

From the Kunya Ark Citadel, exit the citadel and walk west towards the Tash Khovli Palace. Keep walking straight for about 5-7 minutes, and you will find the Tash Khovli Palace on your left. The Muzey is located inside the palace, so you can enter the grounds to visit it.

If you are at the Pakhlavan Makhmud Mausoleum, exit the mausoleum and head east. Walk towards the Tash Khovli Palace, which should be approximately a 10-minute walk. Look for the large entrance gate of the palace, and once you enter the grounds, the Muzey is located within the palace premises.
