If you are near the historic Itchan Kala area, start at the West Gate (Ata Darvaza) of Itchan Kala. Head east along the main street (Mustaqillik Street) for about 500 meters. You will pass several shops and local eateries. Continue walking until you reach the intersection at P. Makhmud Street. Turn right onto P. Makhmud Street and walk straight for about 200 meters. Khiva Hotel Kala will be on your left at number 49.

Once you reach the bazaar, continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Mustaqillik Street. Turn left and proceed straight for about 300 meters. Turn right onto P. Makhmud Street and walk about 200 meters. Khiva Hotel Kala will be on your left at number 49.
