From the center of Navoi, head to the main bus station (Avtovokzal), located at Navoi St 12. Take a local bus heading towards Rabatipayan. The bus ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Make sure to inform the bus driver that you are going to Panobtepa so they can let you know when to get off. The drop-off point is near the entrance of Rabatipayan village.
