Bus
From the center of Navoi, head to the main bus station (Avtovokzal), located at Navoi St 12. Take a local bus heading towards Rabatipayan. The bus ride will take around 30-40 minutes. Make sure to inform the bus driver that you are going to Panobtepa so they can let you know when to get off. The drop-off point is near the entrance of Rabatipayan village.

Walking
Once you arrive in Rabatipayan, you will need to walk to Panobtepa. From the bus drop-off point, head southwest on the main road (XG25) for about 1.5 kilometers. You will see signs pointing towards Panobtepa as you approach. Keep an eye out for local landmarks, such as the small market on your right, which indicates you're getting close. Continue walking until you reach the historical landmark, which will be on your left.

Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, you can rent a bicycle from one of the local shops in Navoi. Start from the city center and follow the same route to the bus station (Avtovokzal), then take the bus toward Rabatipayan. Upon arrival, you can use your rented bicycle to explore the village. The ride from the bus stop to Panobtepa is quite pleasant, and you will enjoy the scenery along the way.
