Good, easy communication via WhatsApp with Ali Ravshan and he kindly set up a driver for pick up / drop off at the train station with no additional cost. Also helped us upgrade the train class post purchase with no problems. The only small issue is that train tickets are not delivered to you until the day before or morning of but you just have to trust the process. Otherwise very smooth.
