If you are driving from Teshik-Kul Lake, head southeast on the road towards the village of Teshik-Kul. Continue for approximately 12 kilometers until you reach a junction. At the junction, take a left turn onto the road leading to Dengizkul. Follow this road for another 15 kilometers, which will take you directly to the shores of Dengizkul Lake. There are signs along the way, but it’s advisable to use a GPS for precise navigation.

To reach Dengizkul by public transport, you can take a shared taxi or a minibus (marshrutka) from the main bus station in Teshik-Kul. Look for a marshrutka heading towards the village of Teshik-Kul, which usually costs around 5,000 UZS. After arriving at Teshik-Kul, inform the driver that you want to go to Dengizkul; they will likely drop you off at a connection point. From there, you may need to negotiate with local taxi drivers to take you to Dengizkul, which should cost around 15,000-20,000 UZS.

If you prefer to explore on foot and the weather permits, you can walk from Teshik-Kul Lake to Dengizkul. The walking distance is about 27 kilometers, so it’s advisable to start early in the morning. Head southeast from Teshik-Kul Lake, following the main road. The route is scenic but can be challenging, so ensure you have proper footwear and plenty of water.
