Car
If you are driving from Zarafshan Range, head south on the M-37 highway towards Bukhara. Continue for approximately 150 kilometers until you reach the outskirts of Bukhara city. At the first major intersection, turn left onto Afrosiab Street (QCH5+4Q4). Follow Afrosiab Street for about 5 kilometers, and you will see the Ark of Bukhara fortress on your right. There is parking available near the entrance.

Public Transportation
To reach the Ark of Bukhara using public transportation, take a shared taxi or minibus (known as a marshrutka) from Zarafshan to Bukhara. The journey will take about 2-3 hours. Once you arrive in Bukhara, you can take a local bus or walk towards Afrosiab Street. The Ark of Bukhara is located about 1 kilometer from the city center, so you can either walk or catch a taxi for a short ride. Make sure to have some local currency (Uzbek Som) for the fare.

If you are already in Bukhara and want to walk to the Ark, start from the city center and head southeast towards Afrosiab Street. You will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer, which should take around 15-20 minutes. Keep an eye out for signs directing you to the fortress. The area is generally safe and pedestrian-friendly.
