From Isangel, head west on the main road (White Sands Road) towards the village of Fwimatal. Continue walking for approximately 4 kilometers until you reach the junction where the road splits. You will see a sign pointing towards Millennium Cave. Take the left turn onto a dirt road. Follow this road for about 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance to Millennium Cave. The walk should take roughly 1.5 to 2 hours depending on your pace.

If you have access to a bicycle, start from Isangel and ride west on White Sands Road. Keep an eye out for the signs directing you towards Fwimatal. After about 4 kilometers, take the left turn at the junction onto the dirt road. Continue cycling for another 2 kilometers until you reach the entrance of Millennium Cave. The total biking distance is around 6 kilometers and should take approximately 30-45 minutes.
