If you are driving from the capital of Penama Province, Luganville, head towards the east on the main road, Route 1. Continue on Route 1 for approximately 30 kilometers. Look for signs indicating the turn-off towards Matevulu Village. Turn left onto the road leading to Matevulu. After about 5 kilometers, you will see signs for Matevulu Blue Hole. Follow these signs until you reach the entrance. Parking is available on-site, and there is usually a small entrance fee of 500 Vatu (approximately 5 USD) to access the area.

To reach Matevulu Blue Hole via public transport from Luganville, take a local bus or minivan heading towards Matevulu Village. Buses leave regularly from the main bus terminal in Luganville; the fare is around 200 Vatu (approximately 2 USD). Inform the driver that you are going to Matevulu Blue Hole. The journey will take about 45 minutes. Once you arrive at Matevulu Village, it is a short walk to the entrance of the Blue Hole. Be prepared to pay an entrance fee of 500 Vatu (approximately 5 USD) at the site.
