If you are traveling by car, start from the nearest town, which is the main village of Endu Pahakol. Head southeast on the main road towards the P4XP+HR coordinates. The drive will take approximately 30 minutes. Be sure to follow the signs towards the hiking areas. The last stretch may involve some unpaved roads, so a 4WD vehicle is recommended.
Public Transportation
For those using public transportation, look for a local bus heading towards Endu Pahakol. Once you arrive in Endu Pahakol, you may need to negotiate a ride with a local taxi or arrange for a moto-taxi (motorbike taxi) to take you closer to the BIG Lava Lake area. The cost for the moto-taxi should be around 500 to 1000 Vatu, depending on your negotiation skills.
Hiking
