Walking
From the entrance of the Apostolic Palace, head west towards the Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Once across, follow the road to your right along the riverbank. After approximately 500 meters, turn left onto Via di Ripetta and continue straight. Continue for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Via del Boccaccio. Turn right and follow this road until you arrive at Piazzale Scipione Borghese, where the Galleria Borghese is located on your left.

Public Transport
From the Apostolic Palace, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 87 towards 'Piazza di Porta Maggiore'. After about 10 stops, get off at 'Piazza Barberini'. From there, transfer to the Metro Line A (the orange line) at Barberini station. Travel towards 'Battistini' and get off at 'Spagna'. Exit the station and walk towards the Spanish Steps. From the steps, take Via della Vite and then turn left onto Via del Boccaccio. Follow this road until you reach Piazzale Scipione Borghese, where the Galleria Borghese is located.
