    From the Vatican Grottoes, exit the site and head towards St. Peter's Square. Walk toward the entrance of the Basilica, and continue onto Piazza San Pietro. From there, exit the square and head southwest on Via della Conciliazione. Follow this road until you reach the intersection with Via Piave. Turn right onto Via Piave, and the Sacred Heart of Jesus church will be located on your left at Via Piave, 5.

    From Vatican Grottoes, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus 64 towards 'Stazione Termini' and get off at the stop 'Via Nazionale'. From there, walk to Via Piave by heading east on Via Nazionale and turning right onto Via Piave. Continue walking for about 10 minutes, and you will find the Sacred Heart of Jesus church located at Via Piave, 5.
