Walking
From the main entrance of the Apostolic Palace, head south on Via della Conciliazione towards St. Peter's Basilica. Continue walking until you reach Piazza San Pietro. From Piazza San Pietro, turn left onto Via Borgo Pio. Walk straight for about 400 meters until you reach Via di San Pantaleo. Turn right onto Via di San Pantaleo and after about 100 meters, you will see Museo di Roma - Palazzo Braschi on your left at Piazza di S. Pantaleo, 10.

From the Apostolic Palace, walk to the nearest bus stop at Piazza San Pietro. Take bus number 64 towards Termini Station. After about 5 stops, get off at the stop called 'Piazza Navona'. From there, it's about a 10-minute walk. Head east on Corso del Rinascimento, then turn left onto Via di San Pantaleo. Walk straight for about 100 meters, and you will find Museo di Roma - Palazzo Braschi on your left at Piazza di S. Pantaleo, 10.
