Getting There

Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit through the main door and head towards the entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once outside, turn left and walk towards the large open square known as St. Peter's Square. Continue walking straight through the square towards the Via della Conciliazione. At the end of the square, cross the street and continue straight. You will reach the Tiber River in a few minutes. Follow the riverbank heading north until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo (Angel Bridge). Cross the bridge, and once you are on the other side, continue straight until you reach the Piazza Navona. The Palazzo Pamphili will be located at Piazza Navona, 14.

After leaving the Sistine Chapel, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located at the edge of St. Peter's Square. Look for bus line 87 or 492, which both head towards the city center. Board the bus and stay on for about 15 minutes. Get off at the stop called 'Corso Vittorio Emanuele/Navona'. From there, walk straight towards Piazza Navona.
