To reach Corso del Rinascimento from Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and turn left onto Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight until you reach the entrance of the Vatican Museums. From there, turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and continue straight onto Corso del Rinascimento. You should be able to see buildings and shops lining the street as you walk.

Another route is to exit the Sistine Chapel and head towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you are at St. Peter's Square, head towards Via della Conciliazione. Walk along this road until you reach the end of the street, then turn left onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Continue walking straight, and you will find Corso del Rinascimento on your right. It is a short walk from St. Peter's Square.
