From the Apostolic Palace, exit the building and head towards the main road, Via della Conciliazione. Turn right and walk straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge, Ponte Sant'Angelo. Once on the other side, continue walking straight onto Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. After about 1 km, turn left onto Via dei Fori Imperiali. Continue walking until you see Santi Cosma e Damiano on your right at Via dei Fori Imperiali, 1.
