After 6 stops, get off at the Termini station. At Termini, transfer to Metro Line B and head towards Rebibbia. After 3 stops, get off at the Ponte Mammolo station. From there, you can take a bus (Bus 507) to Tivoli. Get off at the stop 'Villa Gregoriana' which is within walking distance to the entrance of the park.
