From St. Peter's Square, head towards the square's exit facing the Basilica. Walk straight down Via della Conciliazione, which leads you away from the Vatican. Continue walking until you reach the roundabout at Piazza dei Tribuni. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Via della Stazione di San Pietro. Follow this road until you reach the train station, Stazione di San Pietro. From there, take a train to Tivoli. Make sure to check the train schedules in advance.
