Walking
From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, exit the museum and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you reach the main entrance, turn right and walk towards the Viale Vaticano. Follow Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via Giulio Cesare. Cross the street and continue straight on Via Giulio Cesare for about 500 meters until you reach the Metro station 'Ottaviano'. Take Metro Line A towards 'Anagnina' and get off at the 'Barberini' stop. From there, exit the station and walk towards Via del Tritone. Turn left and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Stamperia. Continue straight until you see Piazza Mattei on your right, where the Fontana delle Tartarughe is located.

From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, exit the museum and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Walk to the nearest bus stop, 'Vaticano', located on Viale Vaticano. Take bus number 64 towards 'Termini' and get off at the stop 'Piazza Venezia'. From there, you can either walk to Piazza Mattei by heading east on Via del Corso, then turn left onto Via della Stamperia, or take a short walk to the nearby 'Barberini' metro station and take Line A towards 'Anagnina' and get off at 'Barberini'. Then walk towards Via del Tritone and continue to Piazza Mattei where the Fontana delle Tartarughe is located.
