Walking
From St. Peter's Basilica, exit through the main entrance and head towards the left side of the basilica. Walk straight along the Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge called Ponte Sant'Angelo. Once on the other side of the river, continue straight onto Lungotevere Castello. Keep walking until you reach the intersection with Via del Banco di Santo Spirito. Turn left and follow this road until you reach Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, head towards Via di Parione and continue straight until you hit Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Cross this busy street and follow the road until you reach Largo di Torre Argentina, which will be on your left. The Feral Feline Colonies Torre Argentina is located at the intersection of Largo di Torre Argentina and Largo Arenula.

From St. Peter's Basilica, walk to the nearest metro station, which is Ottaviano-San Pietro. Take Line A (the red line) towards Anagnina. Get off at the third stop, which is Barberini. From Barberini, transfer to Line B (the blue line) at Termini. Take Line B towards Laurentina and get off at the third stop, which is Cavour. From Cavour, exit the station and walk towards Via Cavour. Continue walking straight until you reach Largo di Torre Argentina. The Feral Feline Colonies Torre Argentina will be at the intersection of Largo di Torre Argentina and Largo Arenula.
