    If you are near the Campo de' Fiori, head east towards Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, walk towards Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and turn left. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via dei Falegnami. Turn right onto Via dei Falegnami, and then take your first left onto Via della Reginella. Follow this road until you reach the end, where you will find yourself at the entrance of the Jewish Ghetto. Piazza Mattei is a short walk from there.

    From the Termini Station, take bus number 64 towards St. Peter's Square. Get off at the stop called 'Argentina'. From there, walk towards Via del Teatro di Pompeo and continue straight until you reach the Jewish Ghetto. It’s just a few minutes’ walk from the bus stop to Piazza Mattei.

    Take Line A from Termini Station in the direction of Battistini. Get off at the Lepanto station. Exit the station and walk towards Via Cola di Rienzo. Continue straight until you reach Piazza Cavour. From there, walk down Via Francesco Crispi until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river at Ponte Fabricio, and you will enter the Jewish Ghetto. Continue walking through the narrow streets until you arrive at Piazza Mattei.
