Walking
From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, exit the museum and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you are outside, turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. At the intersection, turn right onto Via di Porta Angelica. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge towards Via dei Coronari. Once across, continue straight until you reach Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, head southeast towards Corso del Rinascimento. Follow Corso del Rinascimento until you reach P.za di Pietra. The Temple of Hadrian will be on your left.

Public Transport
From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Vatican Museums (Bus Line 81). Board the bus and ride for about 3 stops. Get off at Via di Torre Argentina. Walk east towards Corso Vittorio Emanuele II, then turn right. Continue walking straight until you reach P.za di Pietra. The Temple of Hadrian will be on your left.
