Walking
From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the main entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you are outside, continue straight until you reach the main road, Viale Vaticano. Turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Cross the street and continue straight onto Via della Conciliazione. Keep walking straight until you arrive at the Castel Sant'Angelo, then continue towards the Tiber River. Cross the bridge, and once on the other side, take a right onto Lungotevere in Augusta. Follow this road until it intersects with Via del Pantheon. Continue straight to reach Piazza della Rotonda, where the Pantheon is located.

Alternatively, you can exit the Vatican Museums and take a right onto Via Sant'Anna, then left onto Via di San Pio X. Continue walking straight until you reach Via dei Corridori, and then take a left. Follow this road and turn right onto Via di Monte Brianzo. This will lead you to the Tiber River. Follow the riverbank pathway, enjoying the views, and when you reach the traffic bridge, cross it. After crossing, head left onto Via del Pantheon, which will lead you directly to Piazza della Rotonda.

If you prefer a more scenic route, after exiting the Sistine Chapel, walk towards St. Peter's Basilica and enjoy the view. From St. Peter's Basilica, exit onto Via della Conciliazione and follow it straight to the Tiber River. Turn left to walk along the river until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Via di Panico. This will lead you to Largo di Torre Argentina. From there, take a right onto Via di Torre Argentina and follow it until you reach Via del Pantheon, leading you directly to Piazza della Rotonda.
