Turn left onto Via dei Gracchi, and walk until you reach Piazza del Risorgimento. From there, walk straight through the square, and you will find yourself at the entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you exit the Vatican Museums, continue walking straight until you reach P.za Colonna.
