Walking
From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, exit the museum and head towards the entrance of the Vatican Museums. Once you are outside, turn left and walk along the Viale Vaticano. Continue walking straight for about 10 minutes until you reach Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). As you approach the square, you'll see St. Peter's Basilica ahead of you. Walk through the square and exit through the main gate. After exiting, turn right onto Via della Conciliazione and continue straight. This road will lead you to the Tiber River; cross the bridge (Ponte Sant'Angelo) to reach the other side. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina. Turn left onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina and continue until you reach Piazza di Trevi. The Trevi Fountain will be on your right.

Public Transport
Exit the Gregorian Etruscan Museum and walk towards the nearest bus stop, which is located on Viale Vaticano. Board bus number 492 or 81. Stay on for 4 stops and get off at the stop named 'Piazza San Lorenzo in Lucina'. From there, walk straight along Via del Corso until you reach the intersection with Via dei Crociferi, then turn right. Continue until you reach Piazza di Trevi. The Trevi Fountain will be in front of you.
