Walking
From the entrance of the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, head south on Viale Vaticano. Continue straight for about 500 meters until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Turn right onto Via della Conciliazione and walk towards St. Peter's Basilica. After passing the Basilica, continue on Via della Conciliazione until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Via Appia Antica. Follow Via Appia Antica for approximately 3 kilometers. You will see Casal Rotondo on your left, just before reaching the main entrance to the Appia Antica Park.

Public Transport
From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, walk to the nearest bus stop on Viale Vaticano. Take Bus 81 towards 'Stazione Termini'. After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Piazza Venezia' stop. From there, transfer to Bus 118 towards 'Via Appia Antica'. Stay on the bus for about 15 minutes until you reach the 'Via Appia Antica' stop. From the bus stop, Casal Rotondo is a 5-minute walk down Via Appia Antica, and you will find it on your left.
