Walking
Exit the Sistine Chapel and head towards the main exit of the Vatican Museums. Once outside, walk straight towards the Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). When you reach the square, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via Venti Settembre. Turn right onto Via Venti Settembre and continue walking. The Church of Santa Maria della Vittoria will be on your left at number 17.

From the Sistine Chapel, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 64 towards Termini Station. After about 10 minutes, get off at the stop 'Via Venti Settembre'. From there, walk back along Via Venti Settembre for a few minutes and you will find the Church of Santa Maria della Vittoria at number 17 on your left.
