    From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums through the main entrance. Once outside, turn right onto Viale Vaticano and walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Angelica. Continue walking straight; Viale Vaticano will become Via di Porta Angelica. At the end of Via di Porta Angelica, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Keep walking straight until you reach a large intersection with Corso Vittorio Emanuele II. Cross the street and continue straight ahead on Via di Santa Maria dell'Anima. Follow this street until you reach the intersection with Via di Santa Dorotea. Turn left, and you will find the Church of St Dorothy at number 23 on your right.

    From the Sistine Chapel, exit the Vatican Museums and head to the nearest bus stop, located on Via di Porta Angelica. Take bus number 23 or 280 towards 'Piazza Risorgimento'. Ride for about 5 minutes and get off at the stop 'Piazza Navona'. From there, walk east along Corso Vittorio Emanuele II for about 10 minutes. Turn right onto Via di Santa Maria dell'Anima, and then turn left onto Via di Santa Dorotea. The Church of St Dorothy will be at number 23 on your right.
