    Exit St. Peter's Basilica through the main entrance and head towards Piazza San Pietro (St. Peter's Square). From the square, face the colonnade and walk straight ahead to the road that leads out of the Vatican City. Continue walking along Via della Conciliazione until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the bridge, Ponte Sant'Angelo, and continue straight on Via di Tor di Nona. After about 10 minutes, you will reach Via della Lungara. Turn left onto Via della Lungara, and Villa Farnesina will be on your right at number 230.

    Exit St. Peter's Basilica and walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located just outside the Vatican walls. Take bus number 64 towards 'Piazza Venezia.' After about 10 minutes, get off at the 'Piazza Navona' stop. From there, walk straight to Corso Vittorio Emanuele II and continue until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using Ponte Sisto, then turn left onto Via della Lungara. Continue on this street, and you will find Villa Farnesina at number 230 on your left.
