Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street, and you will be at St. Peter's Square. From there, continue walking straight towards Ponte Sant'Angelo. Once you reach the bridge, cross over to the other side of the Tiber River. Continue walking straight until you reach Via di Ponte Sisto, which leads directly to Ponte Sisto.

If you are near the Vatican Gardens, exit the gardens and head towards the entrance of Vatican City, where you will see Via della Conciliazione. Walk down Via della Conciliazione towards the Tiber River. Once you reach the river, turn right and walk along the riverbank until you see the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge, and then take a left onto Via di Ponte Sisto to reach Ponte Sisto.

From Vatican Necropolis, head towards the nearest bus stop located on Via della Conciliazione. Take bus number 23 or 280 towards 'C.so Vittorio Emanuele' and get off at the 'Piazza Navona' stop. From there, walk towards Via di Ponte Sisto, which will lead you directly to Ponte Sisto.
