    From the Sistine Chapel, exit the chapel and head towards the Vatican Museums entrance. Once outside, turn left and walk along Viale Vaticano until you reach the intersection with Via Leone IV. Continue straight, crossing over to Via della Conciliazione. Keep walking straight until you reach the Castel Sant'Angelo, a prominent landmark. From there, continue walking straight along Via di San Giovanni in Laterano until you reach Piazza di S. Egidio, which is located at 00153 Rome. The entire journey should take approximately 30 minutes.

    After visiting the Sistine Chapel, walk back to the Vatican Museums entrance and take bus line 81 from the nearest bus stop, which is located at the front of the Vatican Museums. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at the 'Piazza Venezia' stop. From there, it's a short 5-minute walk to Piazza di S. Egidio. Head southeast on Via del Corso, then take a left onto Via di San Lorenzo in Lucina, and finally turn right onto Via di San Egidio to reach your destination.
