    From the entrance of the Sistine Chapel, exit and head towards the left through the Vatican Museums. Follow the signs leading to the exit. Once you exit the Museums, turn left on Viale Vaticano and walk straight until you reach the junction with Via della Conciliazione. Cross the street and continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Turn right and walk along the riverbank until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge and continue straight until you reach Piazza Navona. From Piazza Navona, take Via di S. Pantaleo, which will lead you directly to Piazza di S. Pantaleo.
