After visiting the Basilica, exit the square and head towards Via del Corso, a main shopping street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via di Pietra. Turn left onto Via di Pietra, and you will find the Temple of Hadrian at Piazza di Pietra, which is just a short walk ahead. The total walking distance is approximately 1.5 kilometers and will take around 20-30 minutes.

    From the Sistine Chapel, exit and walk to the nearest bus stop at Via della Conciliazione. Catch Bus 62, which will take you directly to the stop at 'Piazza Venezia'. Once you arrive at Piazza Venezia, get off the bus and walk towards Via di Pietra. The Temple of Hadrian is located just a short walk from the bus stop. Head down Via di Pietra and you will reach your destination. The total travel time will be approximately 30 minutes, including walking and waiting times.
