Exit St. Peter's Basilica through the main entrance. Once outside, turn left and walk straight along the colonnade of St. Peter's Square. Continue walking until you reach the end of the square. You will see the entrance to the Big Bus Tours station on your right. It is located just outside the square, near the corner of Via della Conciliazione.
