    Exit St. Peter's Basilica through the main entrance. Once outside, head straight towards the large open square in front of the basilica, known as St. Peter's Square. As you reach the square, turn left and walk along Via della Conciliazione. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Via dei Corridori, where you will see a large street sign indicating the direction to the Vatican Museums. Follow this road until you reach the end, where it intersects with Viale Vaticano. Turn right onto Viale Vaticano and continue straight. After you pass the entrance to the Vatican Museums, look for the signs pointing to Villa Borghese and the Bioparco di Roma. The journey is approximately 2.5 kilometers and will take around 30 minutes on foot.

    From St. Peter's Basilica, walk to the nearest bus stop, which is located near the entrance of the basilica on the left side. Look for the bus stop labeled 'Piazza San Pietro.' Board bus number 64 or 81, which will take you towards the Termini station. After about 10 minutes of travel, get off at 'Piazza Venezia.' From there, transfer to bus number 81 heading towards 'Fleming' and get off at the stop 'Bioparco.' The Bioparco di Roma is a short walk from the bus stop, just follow the signs for the zoo. The total journey should take about 30-35 minutes.
