Walking
Exit St. Peter's Basilica through the main entrance and head straight towards the square in front of the basilica. Once you reach the square, turn left and walk towards the colonnade. Continue walking along the right side of the square until you reach the exit towards Via della Conciliazione. After exiting, turn right and follow the road until you reach the intersection with Via di Porta Cavalleggeri. Cross the street and continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. From there, turn left and walk along the riverbank. After approximately 1.5 km, you will reach Ponte Regina Margherita. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Lungotevere in Augusta. After about 500 meters, turn right onto Via Ulisse Aldrovandi. Continue straight for another 600 meters, and you will find the Temple of Aesculapius on your left.

Public Transport
From St. Peter's Basilica, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Via della Conciliazione. Board Bus 23 or 280 heading towards 'Piazza Venezia'. Ride the bus for about 10 minutes and get off at 'Piazza Cavour'. From there, walk towards the Tiber River and head left along the riverbank to Ponte Regina Margherita. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Lungotevere in Augusta. After about 500 meters, turn right onto Via Ulisse Aldrovandi. The Temple of Aesculapius will be on your left after approximately 600 meters.
