From St. Peter's Square, exit the square towards the main entrance of St. Peter's Basilica. Once you are in front of the Basilica, turn left onto Via della Conciliazione. Walk straight until you reach the intersection with Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Here, continue walking straight, and then take the first right onto Via di Monserrato. Continue walking for about 10 minutes. You will find Caffè Perù at number 46 on your left.

Another route is to leave St. Peter's Square and head towards the Tiber River. Once at the river, turn right and follow the riverbank until you reach Ponte Sant'Angelo. Cross the bridge, and at the end of the bridge, turn left onto Via di Panico. Continue walking straight until you reach the intersection with Via di Monserrato. Turn right onto Via di Monserrato, and Caffè Perù will be on your right at number 46.
