Walking
From St. Peter's Square, head east towards Via della Conciliazione. Turn left onto Via della Conciliazione and walk straight until you reach the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Cross the bridge and continue straight onto Lungotevere Castello. After about 500 meters, turn left onto Via di San Giovanni in Laterano. Continue straight for about 1 km until you reach the intersection with Via Venti Settembre. Turn right onto Via Venti Settembre, and the Church of Santa Maria della Vittoria will be located at number 17 on your left.

Public Transport
From St. Peter's Square, walk to the nearest metro station, Ottaviano - San Pietro. Take Line A (the orange line) towards Anagnina. Ride for 3 stops and get off at Termini Station. From Termini, exit the station and walk to Via Giovanni Giolitti. Take bus number 70 from the bus stop on the right side of the station. Ride for 5 stops and get off at the stop named Venti Settembre. Walk 5 minutes by heading southeast on Via Venti Settembre, and the Church of Santa Maria della Vittoria will be at number 17 on your left.

From St. Peter's Square, you can easily find a taxi at the designated taxi stand near the square. Inform the driver that you would like to go to Via Venti Settembre, 17. The drive should take around 10 minutes, depending on traffic. The Church of Santa Maria della Vittoria will be on your left when you arrive.
