    From St. Peter's Square, head towards the colonnade and exit through the left side. As you exit, turn right onto Via della Conciliazione. Continue straight until you reach the Tiber River. Cross the river using the Ponte Sant'Angelo. Once you've crossed the bridge, keep walking straight and follow the signs for 'Janiculum.' This will lead you onto Lungotevere and then to the base of the Janiculum Hill.
