From the Vatican Obelisk, head southwest toward the Borgo Santo Spirito. Walk along the Via della Conciliazione, which will lead you directly to the riverbank of the Tiber. Once you reach the river, turn left and continue walking along the side of the water. Cross the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge, which will lead you to the other side of the river. After crossing, take a right onto Borgo Santo Spirito and proceed to Borgo Santo Spirito, 3. The Fontana barocca del palazzo del commendatore will be located on your left.

From the Vatican Obelisk, walk to the nearest bus stop at 'Piazza San Pietro.' Here, you can take bus line 64, which travels toward Termini Station. Get off at the stop 'Piazza Navona.' Once you disembark, walk towards the Tiber River and head toward the Ponte Sant'Angelo bridge. Cross the bridge, and then take a right onto Borgo Santo Spirito. Continue straight to Borgo Santo Spirito, 3, where the Fontana barocca del palazzo del commendatore is located.
