From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, exit the museum by the main entrance and turn right onto Viale Vaticano. Continue straight for about 200 meters until you reach the intersection with Via della Conciliazione. Turn left onto Via della Conciliazione and walk towards the Tiber River. After approximately 400 meters, you will reach the Tiber River. Cross over the bridge (Ponte Sant'Angelo) and continue straight. After crossing the bridge, follow the road as it curves left. You will come to a small square (Piazza di Ponte Sant'Angelo). Continue straight, passing the Castel Sant'Angelo on your right. After about 600 meters, you will reach the intersection with Via dei Penitenzieri. Turn left onto Via dei Penitenzieri, and in about 100 meters, you will arrive at Villa Barberini al Gianicolo, located at Via dei Penitenzieri, 20.

Public Transport
From the Gregorian Etruscan Museum, exit the museum and walk to the nearest bus stop located on Viale Vaticano. Catch bus number 64 towards 'Stazione San Pietro'. Ride for about 6 stops and get off at 'Piazza San Pietro'. From there, walk towards the Tiber River and cross over the bridge (Ponte Sant'Angelo). After crossing the bridge, follow the road as it curves left. Continue straight until you reach Piazza di Ponte Sant'Angelo, then walk past Castel Sant'Angelo on your right. After about 600 meters, turn left onto Via dei Penitenzieri. Villa Barberini al Gianicolo will be located 100 meters ahead at Via dei Penitenzieri, 20.
